Delete your Overtime account

You can request deletion of your Overtime account and associated personal data without installing or signing in to the app.
Request account deletion
Email info@overtimelabs.com from the email address used for your Overtime account, with the subject ‘Overtime account deletion’. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, contact us so we can verify ownership another way. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Opening the email link does not submit a request: you must send the email. Our team verifies ownership and coordinates deletion. This is a manually handled request, not an immediate or automatic erasure.
What is deleted and what may be retained
Account deletion includes your Overtime account identity and associated personal data, including private conversations, memory, uploaded private files, and personal connection credentials and imported data. Deleting your Overtime account does not delete your Google account or the original data held by connected services.
Shared business records may need to be retained for other workspace members or legal obligations. If you are a workspace’s only owner, we will resolve ownership or workspace closure with you before removing your membership. We do not automatically transfer ownership to someone else.
Deletion requests recorded in our cleanup system have a 29-day cancellation window before processing begins. Contact the same email address to cancel your request during that window. We will confirm the deadline and any additional retention that applies to your request. Backups, historical copies, and records required for security or legal purposes can remain longer; the cancellation deadline is not a promise that all copies are erased on that date.
Delete private data without deleting your account
In Overtime, open Settings → Your data to request deletion of your private data in the current workspace while keeping your account. Other workspaces and shared business records are outside that request. You can also email us for help.
